      亚利桑那州立大学是美国近年来发展最快的公立研究型大学之一,成功创立的“一体两翼”科技成果转化新模式对我国研究型大学具有明显借鉴价值。采用案例分析法深入探讨亚利桑那州立大学设置的科技成果转化机构、独具特色的跨学科院系、覆盖全校范围的创业创新教育体系。研究表明,我国研究型大学应在完善资金支持渠道、挖掘校企合作资源、推进创新创业教育和改革校办企业模式等方面探索高校与社会共赢的科技成果转化路径。
英文摘要:
      Arizona State University (ASU), as one of the fastest-growing research public universities in the United States,has successfully created a new model for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of one body and two wings. ASU's specialized institutions, OKED, Skysong,and AzTE, perform their respective functions and become the main body for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements; interdisciplinary colleges and entrepreneurial innovation education covering the entire university have become the auxiliary support for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Chinese colleges, which are also public universities, should fully absorb reasonable experience and explore a win-win path between colleges and society in terms of improving funding support channels, tapping school-enterprise cooperation resources, promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education, and reforming the school-run enterprise model.
