| 为了应对第四次工业革命、促进经济发展、提高人工智能水平，韩国发布了《国家人工智能战略》，从顶层设计的角度全面推进人工智能技术的研究和发展。本文通过分析全球大趋势和韩国人工智能战略的主要措施，为我国人工智能的发展提供借鉴和经验政策借鉴和支撑。希望以此推动我国的人工智能技术水平进一步，使我国能够在全球人工智能技术中占有一席之地，逐渐掌握国际话语权。 |

| In order to cope with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, promote economic development and improve the level of artificial intelligence, South Korea issued the National Artificial Intelligence Strategy, which comprehensively promotes the research and development of artificial intelligence technology from the perspective of top-level design. It includes three major areas, nine strategies and 100 detailed measures. This article provides policy reference and support for the development of artificial intelligence in China by analyzing the global trend and the main measures of South Korea’s artificial intelligence strategy. In this way, it hopes to promote China’s AI technology to a new level and take a leading position in the global AI field. |
