| 美国国际战略研究中心发布的中国创新政策研究报告《中国高技术不平衡发展——对美国的启示》，对中国科技创新综合实力进行了总体研判，重点分析了中国的互联网服务、新能源汽车、大飞机和半导体4个战略技术领域的发展对美国的影响，认为中国科技创新仍然是大而不强，快速进步主要得益于中国特有的创新系统优势。相关结论对我国创新型国家建设有重要的启示意义。 |

| The US Center for Strategic and International Studies released a China Innovation Policy Research Report “China’s Uneven High-Tech Drive: Implications for the United States”. It conducted an overall evaluation of the comprehensive strength of China’s technological innovation, focusing on the impact of China’s four strategic technology areas, namely internet services, new-energy vehicles, commercial aircraft and semiconductors. It believes that China’s technological innovation is still large but not strong, and its rapid progress is mainly due to China’s unique innovation system advantages. The relevant conclusions have important enlightenment for China’s innovative country construction. |
