| 经历5年前中东呼吸综合征（MERS）疫情的韩国，积累了一定的应对疫情的经验和基础，因此对此次新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情更加敏感，且格外警惕。疫情防控期间，韩国政府一直遵循“快速检测与信息披露透明”的原则。应对疫情升级，韩国实施强有力的入境检疫防控措施，同时境内采取早发现、集中治疗并迅速保护需住院治疗的高危重症患者、避免出现死亡病例的措施，同步实施“禁止流入、禁止扩散”和“减少损失”策略。在全球疫情蔓延的大环境下，韩国成为迅速控制疫情的成功案例。通过梳理韩国应对新冠肺炎疫情的总体策略、防疫措施体系、经验，总结韩国完善防疫体系的经验启示，为我国重大传染病疫情防控与加强公共卫生管理建设提供参考借鉴。 |

| South Korea, which experienced the MERS 5 years ago, has accumulated some experience and foundation, therefore is more sensitive and extra vigilant to COVID-19. During the prevention and control of COVID-19, the government has always followed the principle of “rapid detection and transparent information disclosure”. While maintaining and implementing strong entry quarantine, the government adopt strategies of early detection, intensive treatment and rapid protection of critically ill patients who require hospitalization to avoid death. The government had simultaneously implemented the strategies of “prohibiting imports and spreads” and “reducing losses”.In the global epidemic spreading environment, South Korea has become a successful case of rapid outbreak control.This study summarized the improvement of the epidemic prevention system in South Korea by discussing the overall strategy, prevention and control measures, and the experience in responding to COVID-19. It can provide reference for the prevention and control of major infectious diseases and the strengthening of public health management in China. |
