| APEC是美国在亚太地区就贸易和投资问题进行交流的主要平台。本文介绍了美国参与APEC的背景及战略目标，梳理了美国参与APEC科技创新合作的概况，归纳了美国在参与APEC科技创新合作中注重提升影响力和话语权、推动与国内战略的融合、统筹协调政府层面各参与部门、复制和推广国内成功经验等主要特点，并从参与机制合作、加强各参与部门的统筹协调及推广国内执行较好的科技创新项目和倡议三个方面提出了对中方参与APEC科技创新合作的启示。 |

| APEC is the main platform for the US to exchange ideas on trade and investment issues in the Asia-Pacific region. This article introduces the background and strategic objectives of the US participation in APEC, analyzes the overview of the US participation in APEC STI cooperation, summarizes the main characteristics of the US participation in APEC STI cooperation, including enhancing influence and discourse power, promoting the integration with domestic strategy, coordinating all participating departments and copying domestic successful experience, and proposes some Inspirations for China’s participation in APEC STI cooperation from the following aspects: the mechanism cooperation, coordination of all participating departments and promoting domestic projects and initiatives. |
