| 近年来美国对其“制造创新生态”存在的问题和挑战进行了多方面的分析，采取了一些政策措施试图解决这些问题。2019年6月美国行库组织MForesight1发布《重塑美国先进制造业的领导地位》报告，提出“美国国家制造业计划”的建议。本文以该报告为出发点，分析了美国创新周期的缺口、制造业创新生态的挑战以及采取的相关政策措施，并结合其相关经验教训对加强中国制造业创新提出了相关建议。 |

| Problems and challenges of America’s manufacturing innovation ecosystem has been analyzed in recent years. The US has taken some policies to solve these problems and face these challenges. In June 2019, MForesight, US DoTank, issued a report “Reclaiming America’s Leadership in Advanced Manufacturing”, putting forward suggestions with the “National manufacturing Initiative”. Based on the report, this paper analyzes the gap of American innovation cycle, the challenges of America’s manufacturing innovation ecology, and the relevant policies taken. Combined with the experiences and lessons, this paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening China’s manufacturing innovation. |
