| 科研人员国际间流动是科研活动与科研合作的自然属性，有利于我国吸纳国内国际两种资源、培养和储备青年人才及高端技术。其中建立益于国际科技人员流动的环境，是至关重要的一环。本文研究了欧盟促进科研人员流动的欧洲科研人员网络平台（EURAXESS），分析了该平台的各组成部分和发挥的作用。在此基础上，为我国科技人员国际交流平台的建立和国际科技人才服务体系的完善提出借鉴建议。 |

| The international flow of scientific researchers is a part of science and technology activities and cooperation, which plays an important role in absorbing domestic and international resources, and cultivating young talents and high technology. The establishment of a friendly environment for international personnel exchange is crucial. This paper studies the EU “EURAXESS” platform, which promotes the mobility of researchers within and outside the EU. Based on this, this paper puts forward suggestions for the establishment of international researchers exchange platform and the improvement of the international service system in China. |
