| 当前经济社会发展所面临的减少贫困、节约能源、应对气候变化等可持续发展挑战日益严峻，单一政策工具与传统治理模式已很难解决这些复杂问题，需要构建多中心、多层次、网络化的协同发展治理体系及具有衔接性、一致性与互补性的政策组合。本研究通过对治理研究中应用“政策组合”理论的文献进行计量分析与知识图谱绘制，探究发现政策组合在治理研究中的演化趋势经历了“被引入的萌芽阶段”“多领域并发的扩散阶段”和“深入融合阶段”三个阶段，并进一步探讨分析了政策组合在 “公共治理”“创新治理”与“能源环境治理”三个细分领域的研究热点及其对治理研究的贡献。 |

| At present, the challenges of sustainable development such as poverty reduction, energy saving, and climate change are facing increasingly serious challenges in current economic and social development. It is difficult for a single policy tool and traditional governance model to solve these complex problems. It is necessary to build a multi-center, multi-level, networked collaborative development of governance systems and policy combinations that are cohesive, consistent and complementary. In this study, through the quantitative analysis and knowledge mapping of the literature on the application of the “policy mix” theory in governance research, it is found that the policy combination has experienced the introduction stage, the multi-domain concurrent diffusion stage and the in-depth integration research in governance research. It is further proposed that the research and application of policy mix in the governance field are intensively distributed in three important directions: “public governance”, “innovation governance” and “energy and environmental governance”. |
