| This paper abridges the speech given by Wan Gang,Vice-chinaman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Ministry of Finace at the opening ceremony of China's national S&T Resources Sharing Network.In his speech,Minister Wan Gang retrospects to a basic condition of China's national S&T infrastructure platform construction and puts forward four concrete work requirements at present and in future.Zhao Lu,Chief of the Department, in view of the gained achievements,faced challenges and arduous task in the days to come,puts forward four new tasks platform construction. |
