| 虚拟导医是电子化、网络化的产物，是医院信息化进程不断推进、人们对医疗信息和服务需求不断提高而
产生的必然结果。它的出现已经引起了媒体、公众的关注，并在提高患者满意度、推动医院建设的发展、提高医院工作
效率和医院的经济及社会效益等方面发挥了重要作用。从定义入手，描述虚拟导医的服务内容和工作流程，分析虚拟导
医的意义，并提出现存的问题和相应的措施。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Virtual guide-doctor is the product of the electronics and networking. It is an inevitable result of the
development of hospital informatization system and the people’s growing demand of medical information and services.
The virtual guide-doctor has caused the attention of the medium and public. It plays an important role in improving
the patient satisfaction, promoting the construction of hospitals, increasing the hospital work efficiency and the hospital
economic and social benefit. This paper introduces the definition of virtual guide-doctor at the beginning. Secondly, it
describes the content of virtual guide-doctor and the work progress of it. Thirdly, it analyzes the significance of it. Finally
it puts forward the existing problems and corresponding suggestions. |
