| 文献信息资源建设是图书馆的基础性工作，本文通过对在校少数民族大学生阅读需求的调查研究，探讨了
新形势下图书馆资源建设的发展目标，提出共建共享的策略。民族院校图书馆具有较鲜明的信息服务优势，应当立足为
本校教学科研服务，在满足多元化信息需求的同时，要具有鲜明的个性特征和民族特色，根据学校所处地域的人文特点
和专业优势，集中力量建设有民族特色、学科特点及个性化特点的信息资源体系。 |

| The literature information resource construction is the basic work of library, this paper explores
the minority students reading demand through investigation and study, discusses the new situation of the construction
of library resource sharing development targets, puts forward the strategy. National university library
has a distinct advantage of information service, should be based on the teaching and research services, to meet
the diversified demand of information, and also has the distinct personalities and national characteristics, according
to the location of the minority school. |
