| 陕西作为科技、教育、农业、工业大省, 其科技创新与经济发展不协同。运用索洛余值法对经济增长中科技
创新的贡献进行了测算，从而证实陕西省科技创新与经济增长不协同关系；对陕西科技创新与经济增长不协同的原因进
行分析，提出实现陕西科技创新与经济增长协同发展的基本对策。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The development of science and technology innovation is not coordinated with the economic development
in Shaanxi province, although Shaanxi is a large province in science and technology, education, agriculture and
industry. In this paper, it measures the contribution of science and technology innovation in economic growth with the
method of Solow residual value, which verifies the fact that science and technology innovation and economic growth
is not coordinative in Shaanxi. It also makes a further analysis to explain the reason causing the problem. Meanwhile,
some basic countermeasures are put forward in order to realize the coordinative development of science and technology
innovation and economic growth in Shaanxi Province. |
