| To promote sharing of science and technology resource in universities, research institutes and enterprise in recent. Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission explored Beijing Mode with their practice. This paper analyzes the system design of Beijing Mode and summarizes its highlights of innovation based on the overview of science and technology resource in Beijing. Finally, this paper discusses the sustainability of this mode. |
