| 文章从制度环境、考核机制、学习风气、自身素质、知识产权观念5 个方面剖析高校学生学术不端行为的
成因，以此提出高校防治学生学术不端的举措，分析高校图书馆在培养学生信息素养、监测学术不端行为等方面提高学
术诚信的支持作用，与高校共同营造良好的学术研究氛围。 |

| This paper analyzes the causes of the academic misconduct behavior of the higher education students
from five aspects, i.e., the institutional environment, the learning atmosphere, the personal quality and the
awareness of the intellectual property right. Countermeasures are proposed to prevent higher education students
from academic misconduct accordingly. Supporting functions of the libraries of higher education institutions
are also analyzed in the aspects of information literacy training and academic misconduct monitoring so as to
establish a good academic atmosphere together with the higher education institutions. |
