挥更大效益，要实现运作方式和目标取向的转变，并就促进上述转变的策略提出几点看法。 |

| Having statistically analyzed the patent affairs of all the researching agencies of CAS Beijing Branch, and
the transfer of their major projects’ patent right, we suggest reform the operation mode and the purpose orientation
to make use of patent better. And in this article we state our opinions on the strategies to promote these reforms. |
