| 化学计量与标准物质是国家科技基础条件的战略资源，是在校准测量能力国际互认框架下，确保测量结果
全球可比的重要资源。本文着重介绍中国计量科学研究院作为“ 国家标准物质资源共享平台”和“国家计量基标准资源
共享平台” 的建设单位，在化学计量量值传递/ 溯源体系及标准物质研发与共享、国际互认与国际合作、国家有证标准
物质研制质量水平的提升与国际接轨方面取得的进展，以及围绕国家核心化学计量与标准物质体系构架与国家重点需
求，“十二五”及今后的工作重点与设想。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| Reference materials and metrological resources in chemistry provide the strategic and basic conditions
for S&T activities and are important in ensuring the international comparability of measurement results in
the framework of International Mutual Recognition Arrangement for National Calibration and Measurement
Capabilities. The National Institute of Metrology (NIM) is the holder of both the National Sharing Platform for
Reference Material Resources and the National Sharing Platform for metrological resources. This paper introduces 1)
NIM’s achievements in the establishment of value dissemination and traceability system on metrology in Chemistry,
the development and co-sharing of reference materials, the international mutual recognition and collaboration, the quality enhancement of national certified reference materials in line with international practice, and 2) the future
working emphasis especially during the National 12th Five-years Plan. |
