| Information Commons is a arisen and new service model in university library. This paper introduces the
concept of information commons, models and features. On the basis of the analysis of domestic and international
Information Commons current situation, the paper points out that the construction of domestic university library
information commons should taken progressive strategy. Then the paper takes the construction of Nanjing University
DUXIA Library Information Commons for example, introduces the construction situation of the University Library
Information Commons, and points out the advantages and disadvantages and solutions. |
