| 基于知识管理相关理论，在企业和金融机构间构建一个信息交换共享的平台，将企业所需要获取的相关
信息与金融机构所掌握的信息在此协同创新平台上进行有序的组织、筛选、共享，从而实现二者的协同发展。同时选
择科学的知识管理评价体系，运用模糊综合评价法构建协同创新机制的绩效评估模型，为科学评价协同创新机制奠定
基础。 |

| Based on the related theories of knowledge management, the author constructs a platform of information
exchanging and sharing between enterprises and financial institutions. On the platform, the information which
was wanted by the enterprises and obtained by the financial institutions will be orderly organized, filtered and
shared in order to make the enterprises and financial institutions develop equally. Meantime, a scientific Knowledge
Management evaluation system is chosen and a performance evaluation model of collaborative innovation system is
built by applying Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation method in order to lay the foundation for scientific evaluation of
collaborative innovation system. |
