| Information organizations, employees, literatures and operation actevety fund for nationwide scientific &
technical information systems are enriched in North China and East China. along with the development of economy
and science and technology as well as the growth of information needs in society, its allocation of resource would
be more perfect and optimization. The parameters of resource allocation being nationwide macroscopic meaning
datum, could be considered as the background reference to optimize trade and local resource allocation. |
