| 运用数据包络分析理论中BCC模型比较分析福建科技投入产出绩效表明，福建省科技投入产出绩效水平
低于全国和东部省市，主要是由于纯技术效率无效所致，同时存在规模报酬递减态势。文章就如何提高福建省科技投
入产出绩效，提出相关的应对策略与建议。 |

| This paper collects the science and technology input and output data of the 30 provinces (cities), carries on
comparative analysis the level of science and technology input and output performance using the BCC model of DEA
theory, then according to the results of performance measure, puts forward to the suggestions to improve the science
and technology input and output efficiency in Fujian province. |
