      国家示范生产力促进中心是科技服务中介重要组成部分,对区域科技传播发挥重要作用。以分布在全国26 个省(市、区)的国家示范生产力促进中心为研究对象,使用序列DEA模型测算Malmquis生产率指数,并在规模报酬 固定假设下将其分解为技术效率指数和技术进步指数。研究发现:(1)Malmquist生产率指数呈现显著的区域差异,中部 和西部地区国家示范生产力促进中心生产率出现累加增长,而东部和东北地区科技服务中介生产率出现累加下降。(2) 全国地区国家示范生产力促进中心Malmquist生产率年均增长1.17%,技术进步年均下降5.15%,技术效率年均增长 6.48%,技术进步表现欠佳,技术效率是国家示范生产力促进中心生产率增长的源泉。
英文摘要:
      The National Demonstration Productivity Promotion Center is the important part of the science and technology service agent, playing an important role in the regional science and technology communication. The paper considers the National Demonstration Productivity Promotion Center in the 26 provinces as the research objects, uses the series DEA model and calculates the Malmquist productivity index, and resolves the Malmquist index into the efficiency change and the technical change in the assumption of the constant returns to scale. The main research results are as follows:(1) the region difference of the Malmquist productivity index is obvious, the Malmquist index of the National demonstration productivity promotion center appears accumulative growth in the middle and west region, and appears the accumulative fall in the east and the northeast region.(2)the Malmquist productivity of the National Demonstration Productivity Promotion Center increases 1.17% every year in the national regions, the technical progress inclines 5.15% every year, the technical efficiency increases 6.48% every year, the technical progress has the poor performance, while the technical efficiency is the source of the total factor productivity growth.
