| 在分析推广数字阅读的背景和现状基础上，根据图书馆数字化建设的需要，提出推广数字阅读要遵循
“以学生为本”与“以教师为重”的理念，并总结南京工业大学图书馆在工作中主要开展的6 项措施，即将“数字阅读”
纳入新生入馆培训内容，定期举办大学生信息检索与分析技能竞赛，推出“移动数字阅读”体验活动，深入了解高校教
师信息需求变化，为教师建设有特色的数据库，为青年教师提供图书信息导航服务。 |

| Based on analyses of the background & status of promoting digital reading and need of construction of
library’s digitization, the paper puts forward the concept that digital reading should cater to students and teachers
and summarizes five measures of library work in Nanjing Industry University, namely, the digital read train of
new students into the library, competition of information searches and analysis skill to hold regularly, the physical
activities of shifting digital read, understanding deeply of teacher information need, characteristic database for
teacher and inducting service for youth teacher. |
