| The paper combines with the dynamic capabilities theory, a collaborative digital reference
consultation model based on librarians dynamic capabilities is built, and specifically analyzes librarians
dynamic capabilities, librarians growth, CDRS organizational context between various elements of the
mechanism of action, for librarians dynamic capabilities, CDRS service intrinsic link between innovation
performance is important, but also for enhance organizational performance CDRS provide alternative new
paths and new methods. |
