| As one of the innovative elements, the application of S&T in cultural industry, is based on the
progress of S&T, driven and oriented by the demands of cultural industry development, conforms to the general
law innovation. Promote the integration of culture and technology, should fully play a decisive role of market
for allocation the technology resources, based on the rule of the cultural industry, establish and perfect the
innovation mechanism and environmental, to effectively promote agglomeration interaction between culture
and S&T innovation elements, to promote and support the development of cultural industry |
