| 提出地球科学数据共享的框架体系，并从国家政策机制、共享服务规范、共享服务对象以及系统平台应用
的角度对地球科学数据共享的建设和发展提出建议。通过建立健全地球科学数据共享过程中的规范条例、明确共享服
务对象的权利义务、合理定位共享平台的功能体系，促进地学领域数据共享事业的健康发展。 |

| This paper proposes the framework of the geo-data sharing system, which includes national policy
mechanism, sharing service specification and standards, sharing service users, system platform application. In
the process of data sharing, we should provide the sharing standards and specification to ensure the integrity of
data resources. On the other hand, we should make it clear the rights and obligations of users and positioning
the function system of sharing platform reasonable. |
