依托区域医疗器械产业，借助发明专利定量指标，客观分析了国内三大医疗器械集聚区有代表性的北京、上海、杭州、深圳、广州和苏州六城市在专利申请质量方面存在的问题与差异，旨在呼吁相关部门加强医疗器械产业政策引导与市场监督、申请人重视专利文件的撰写与答复，从而提升专利整体质量，进而推动国内医疗器械产业的发展。

英文摘要:

To make patent quality assessment more visual and patent quality problems more apparent, this paper objectively analyses the existing problems and differences in terms of patent quality of three major cities which represent domestic medical instruments gathering area through patent quantitative indicators based on regional medical device industry. By this, this paper is to call for relevant departments to strengthen policy guidance and market supervision in medical device industry, and to make patent applicants attach more importance on the writing and reply of patent document, so as to improve the overall patent quality and promote the development of domestic medical device industry.
