| Scientific data sharing policy has important function in regulating the interests of all participants
and maintaining the normal order of the open scientific data activities. This paper analyzes the data sharing
policy of research funder, journal & publisher, data storage institutions, then puts forward some advices such
as constructing scientific data sharing policy system, clarifying policy core content, strengthening policy implementation supervision, improving scientific data standard system, etc.. |
