技创新在推进国家进步和发展中发挥重要作用的基础上，提出建设创新型国家、加快转变经济发展方式、实现科技创
新发展的战略思考：一要加强基础研究和原始创新，二要强化技术转移和科技成果转化，三要加强科学、技术与创新
的协同。 |

| Since our country confront status in which is the key period of building overall well-off society,
raises innovation capacity autonomously and exists the overcoming difficulty phase of innovation country,
so this article put forward strategy cogitations about construction of innovation country, changes mode of
economy development and realizing of S&T development, on the basis of pushing on country progress and
development by analyzing the S&T innovation. The strategy cogitations have to strengthen bases researches
and original innovation, and technology transfer and achievement transform, and coordination of technology
and innovation. |
