| 陕西省科技报告管理体系包括政策制度体系、标准规范体系、组织管理体系、呈交审核体系、评价激励体
系和服务共享体系6个子模块。该科技报告管理体系将实现与国家科技报告服务系统、省科技计划管理系统、省科技文
献服务系统的对接，融合各地市、不同厅局计划类别科技报告，推动省科技智库建设的主要功能。最后就陕西省科技
报告管理体系的建设提出对策建议。 |

| Shaanxi scientific and technical report management system includes the policy system, standard
specification system, organization and management system, audit system, evaluation incentive system and service
sharing system of six sub modules. The scientific and technical report management system realize docking with
the national scientific and technical reporting system, the province scientific and technical plan management
system, the provincial scientific and technical literature service system, fusing with the cities, different departments
and bureaus of the plan of scientific and technical reports, promoting the provincial Scientific and technical think
tank construction. In this paper, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of the
management system of scientific and technical report in Shaanxi province. |
