| 利用信息技术构建相应管理系统，可对公共科技服务平台的各类科技服务活动进行信息跟踪和有效管理，
有助于科技服务能力与水平的提升。在对云南省科技服务管理系统的服务流程、服务方式、用户对象等进行分析的基
础上，从总体架构、功能设计、数据库设计等方面进行了详细介绍。实践应用表明，云南科技服务管理系统能满足面
向科技型中小企业的科技服务活动信息的网络化管理需要。 |

| In order to efficiently track the information of science and technology(S&T) activities and manage
the various services in public S&T platform, the S&T information management system(STIMS) is developed.
Firstly, we analyses the service process, approaches and users of STIMS in Yunnan province. And then,
introduce the general framework, function and database design from a technology perspective. Practice shows
that the application of STIMS can offer services to the S&T small and medium businesses and can meet the
needs of the management of S&T activities. |
