服务变革具有重要的现实意义。运用文献调查法与实地调研, 在分析“互联网+”与图书馆研究现状基础上，对业务流
程重组、用户体验、跨界合作、智能互联等进行分析，以期为基于“互联网+”背景的图书馆服务创新具体实施提供参
考工具。 |

| “Internet plus” is a kind of subversive innovation paradigm, will bring new opportunities for the
development of library services, and has important practical significance to study on the reform of library
service in “Internet+”. The article used the method of literature survey and field research, and analyzed the
“Internet plus” and library research, and analyzed business process reengineering, user experience, crossborder
cooperation, intelligent interconnection, etc. This research results will become the reference tool of
implementation of library service reform based on “Internet plus”. |
