| 为了解我国科研设施与仪器资源建设在国际科技竞争中的地位，以G7国家、金砖国家和部分新兴经济体为
比较对象，从科研资源与仪器资源的规模与质量、管理与利用、支撑与产出3个方面构建指标体系，通过指数评估的形
式实现国际对比分析，为我国科研设施与仪器资源的建设提供参考。 |

| In order to understand the resource capacity of scientific research facilities and instruments in China,
a group of object had been selected including G7 , BRIC and some emerging economies. The index system
was built from scale and quality, management and utilization and support and output. To provide reference for
the future construction of scientific research facilities and instruments resource, a international comparative
analysis was made based on index evaluation. |
