| 科技咨询专家是科技项目评审评估、政策咨询的重要参与者，其意见对科技决策有决定性作用。在总结广
东省科技咨询专家管理现状的基础上，分析广东省在科技咨询专家管理过程中遇到的问题及其原因，探讨相关政府部
门、行业专家管理经验，提出进一步加强广东省科技咨询专家管理的4点建议：一是进一步完善管理制度，二是编制相
关规范、指标和标准，三是通过共建共享实现自动管理专家信息，四是利用信息技术创新专家管理工作。 |

| Science and technology consultant Specialists is the important participants in science and
technology project evaluation and policy advisory, the opinion has decisive effect to science and technology
decisions. This paper summarizes the status quo of science and technology consultant management, analyzes
the problems in the process of Guangdong province science and technology consultant management and its
reason, and to explore the related government departments, industry experts on the basis of management
experience, put forward four Suggestions to further strengthening the management of the Guangdong province
science and technology consultant: firstly, further perfect the management system; secondly , prepare the
relevant specification, indicators and standard; thirdly, by co-construction and sharing to realize automatic
management; fourthly, utilize information technology to innovation experts management. |
