In this paper, we researched and analyzed the work of the university’s research support staff. These
include the staff ’s income, compatible degree of their contribution with their income, a workload for them,
a sense of belonging with their research achievements, a degree of attention they received, as well as the
evaluation of their professional titles. We therefore put forward several related policy advice aimed to promote
research support staff’s career development and to give play to their roles to the utmost extent possible. |
