| This paper summarizes the construction of scientific and technical report system in Anhui province,
from the policy system, organization and management, standard system, work system, shared services, sum up
the achievements of the scientific and technical report system in Anhui province. The paper points out that the
problems of Anhui province scientific and technical report system construction work in policy formulation,
workflow management, incentive mechanism, responsibility division, in the end, the paper proposes some
Countermeasures of construction of Anhui province scientific and technical report system. |
