| To carry out the spirit of the Opinions of State Council on Several Issues Concerning Accelerating
the Development of Science and Technology Service Industry, accelerate the transformation of science and
technology achievements and deeply implement the innovation-driven development, the strategic prerequisite,
the article, with the example of Lanzhou Technological Grand Market, shows the effect of service, analyzes the
problems, opportunities and challenges emerging in transformation and proposes development suggestions
suitable for the real situation in Gansu province by analyzing the typical service model in the transformation of
science and technology achievements in Gansu province. |
