| 在分析实验技术人才概念、特征及内涵的基础上，结合实验技术工作的属性特点和岗位性质，建立“支撑
服务—职业生涯发展阶段—技术创新能力与水平”为一体的实验技术人才三维评价理论模型，形成伴随实验技术人才职
业生涯发展的分类评价体系，并对分类评价方法提出相应的对策和建议，力图为有效评价实验技术人才提供方向和参
考。 |

| This study analyzes the concept, characteristics and connotation of experiment technical talents,
combining experiment technology attribute characteristics and job nature of the work, set up a set of "support
services, career development stage, technological innovation ability & level" as one 3D evaluation theory model
for experiment technical talents, forms a classified evaluation system with talents’ career development stage,
and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion on classified evaluation method, trying to
provide direction and reference for evaluating experiment technical talents effectively |
