| 随着大数据时代的来临，数据已经渗透到各行各业，并成为重要的生产因素。数据开放已成为全球信息化
发展的必然趋势，世界各国政府都在积极推动相关工作的开展。客观科学的评估体系是保障并推动数据开放共享的基
础，也是开放数据管理体系的核心。研究分析比较国际上具有代表性的5个开放数据评估指标体系，为我国数据开放共
享及其评估提供参考。 |

| With the advent of the era of big data, data has penetrated into all walks of life and become an
important production factor. Data opening has also become an inevitable trend in the development of global
information technology. Governments around the world are actively promoting the development of relevant
work. The objective and scientific evaluation system is the foundation to guarantee and promote the open
and sharing of data, and also the core of the open data management system. This paper studies, analyzes and
compares five kinds of international representative open data evaluation index system, in order to provide
guidance and reference for China’s data open sharing and evaluation. |
