| On the basis of analyzing the existing problems that hinder enterprise technology transfer, the ways to
promote enterprise technology transfer in the world, and combining with foreign cases, this paper puts forward
multi-stage technology transfer, interconnection contract enterprise leasing technology, multi-agent contract
triangle structure, enterprise special purpose technology transfer and vertical integration enterprise innovation to
provide reference for the technology transfer service of our country. |
