| 科技项目评审关系科研人员和机构的切身利益，一直受到科技界的高度关注。本文通过问卷调查的方式，
分析山东省科技项目评审的现状，探寻山东省在科技项目评审的指南编制和发布机制、专家选用、项目评审、项目验
收及绩效评价等方面存在的不足和问题，并针对存在的问题，借鉴国内外项目评审方面的成功经验和做法，对山东省
深化科技项目评审改革提出相应的对策与建议。 |

| Science and technology projects evaluation has been highly concerned by the scientific and
technological community for the vital interests of researchers and institutions. This paper analyzes the current
situation of science and technology projects evaluation in Shandong Province by the way of questionnaire
survey, explores the shortcomings and problems in the preparation and publication of the guidelines, the
selection and use of experts, the evaluation of projects, the acceptance of projects and the evaluation of
performance, and draws on the successful experience and practice of project evaluation at home and abroad
to put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions in deepening the reform of science and technology
projects in Shandong Province. |
