| 以首都科技条件平台为研究对象，考察平台的组织结构及功能定位，并结合访谈资料，总结分析首都科技
条件平台运行服务的资源整合机制、网络化运行机制、服务机制、激励及保障机制，对提升平台资源共享服务的有效
性提出建议，以期为区域科技资源共享实践提供借鉴。 |

| This paper takes the Beijing S&T Platform as the research object, examines organization structure
and the functions of the platform, and then analyses its mechanisms on the basis of interview data. Finally,
some suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of the platform are put forward in order to provide reference
for the practice of regional scientific and technical resources sharing. |
