出进一步促进我国对地观测数据资源发展的建议，展望我国对地观测科学数据资源的发展前景。 |

| By investigating the major earth observation data organizations of China which related to earth
observation data production, distribution and application, the first-hand data is obtained and analyzed by
using multi-dimensional and correlation analysis methods. The characteristics of the China’s earth observation
data resources are systematically presented for the first time. The problems and challenges of China’s earth
observation data resources are summarized. Finally, in order to further promote the development of earth
observation data resources in China, five suggestions are put forward. |
