| 科学有效的科技政策宣传是规范科技创新活动的重要支撑，也是提升创新主体创新能力的关键因素。北京
市在全国科技政策宣传实践中起着标杆作用。本文以北京市科技政策宣讲传播实践为例，介绍北京市科技政策宣讲的
现状，分析存在的问题，阐述北京市政策宣讲的传播实践与创新探索，并面对新的机遇与挑战提出对策，为全国科技
政策宣讲创新传播提出建议。 |

| Scientific and effective science and technology policy publicity is an important support to
standardize science and technology innovation activities, and is also a key factor to enhance the innovation
ability of innovation subjects. Beijing plays a benchmarking role in the national science and technology policy
propaganda practice. Taking Beijing's science and technology policy publicity and communication practice
as an example, this paper introduces the current situation of Beijing's science and technology policy publicity,
analyzes the existing problems, expounds the communication practice and innovation exploration of Beijing's
science and technology policy publicity, puts forward countermeasures in the face of new opportunities and
challenges, and finally puts forward suggestions for the innovation and communication of national science and
technology policy publicity. |
