| 随着数据量的急剧增加，人工智能等技术快速发展和应用，数据伦理风险日益凸显。本文调研和分析国外
重点研究机构发布的数据伦理原则和数据伦理指导框架以及国内伦理相关法律法规和学者的研究进展。在此基础上提
出科学数据伦理研究3个关键问题：科学数据伦理的内涵与外延、科学数据伦理的基本原则以及科学数据伦理研究指导
框架要求。 |

| With the rapid increase of data volume and the development and application of artificial intelligence,
data ethical risks have become increasingly prominent. This paper investigates and analyzes the principles of
data ethics, the requirements of data ethics guidance framework issued by foreign research institutions, and the
release of laws and regulations related to domestic ethics and the research progress of scholars. It puts forward
three key issues of scientific data ethics research : the connotation and extension of scientific data ethics, basic
principles and research ethical guidance framework requirements. |
