| The paper surveys public perceptions on The Regulations on Open Government Information of People's Republic of China (PRC) by questionnaire, analyses data on public awareness of the Regulations and its concrete time of enacting and coming into force, degree of attention paid, correlation perceptions, awareness of core contents and similar laws in other countries, anticipation of problems the Regulations will solve, and evaluation of its effects. Finally, it concludes with suggestions for system for access to government information of China. |
