| 本文根据国家数字图书馆工程建设和服务的目标，提出了基础硬件支撑系统的建设原则，并且根据数字资源的具体情况以及应用系统建设的要求，分析并设计了网络通道、存储系统、计算平台的技术要求和实现方案，最后从实施的角度提出了看待和解决设计中硬件系统国际标准和国内标准冲突以及国产化的问题。 |

| This paper presents the construction principles of fundamental hardware supporting system based on the construction and service objectives of the National Digital Library Project, analyzes and designs the technical demands and implementation strategies of network channels, storage system and computing platform according to the actual situation of digital resources and the construction demands of application system, and finally addresses the issue of perceiving and resolving the conflicts between the international standards and domestic standards of hardware system design and the localization problem from the perspective of implementation. |
