| This paper discusses the intellectual property strategic issues of S & T document from the perspective of strategic view, strengthen elements, action planning and environmental support, and then, four proposals are given, also the significance of each proposal and operable is explored to promote the implementation of S & T document Intellectual property strategy in China. |
