| 订阅开放（S2O）作为近年来快速发展的开放获取模式，被视为替代文章处理费模式的重要途径，受到全球出版社与图书馆的广泛关注。随着S2O模式在2025年的加速推进，其开放特征、可持续机制以及对图书馆资源建设体系的冲击愈加显著。本研究系统梳理S2O模式的发展背景、增长态势及采用S2O模式的期刊特征，并基于S2O实践社区与开放获取目录提供的数据，开展统计分析。在此基础上，重点讨论S2O模式对我国高校图书馆开放资源建设转型的影响，涵盖角色转型、成本重构、策略优化与联盟协同等方面。基于此，结合国内实践与国际经验，针对我国高校图书馆推进开放资源建设提出对策建议，旨在为我国高校图书馆从传统资源保障模式向开放资源建设枢纽的科学转型提供支持。 |

| Subscribe to Open (S2O), as a rapidly evolving open access model in recent years, is regarded as a crucial alternative to the article processing charge model and has garnered widespread attention from global publishing institutions and libraries. With the accelerated advancement of the S2O model in 2025, its open characteristics, sustainability mechanisms, and impact on resource development systems in libraries have become increasingly prominent.This paper systematically reviews the developmental background, growth trends, and journal features of the S2O model, conducting statistical analyses based on data provided by the S2O practice community and Open Access Directory. Building on this, the study focuses on the influence of the S2O model on the transformation of open resource development in university libraries in China, including role transformation, cost restructuring, strategy optimization, and alliance collaboration. Finally, combining domestic practices and international experiences, the paper proposes countermeasures and recommendations for university libraries in advancing open resource development, aiming to support the scientific transition of Chinese university libraries from traditional resource assurance models to hubs of open resource development. |
