变速箱是履带车辆底盘的核心部件之一,为了能够准确地得到其有效的振动信号,本文在对齿轮激励及各部件柔性特征分析的基础上,建立了变速箱刚柔耦合模型,并通过台架实验验证了模型的可信度。以某实际工况为例,对箱体振动敏感区域进行了分析,并以此确定了其测点的位置,依托试验台架开展振动测试实验。针对实测信号采用细化谱分析法和包络分析法进行处理,有效地提取出变速箱振动信号的调制信息,提高了振动信号采集的全面性和准确性,为履带车辆变速箱状态监测与故障诊断的研究提供了方法和思路。 |

The gearbox is one of the core components of the track vehicle chassis. In order to accurately obtain its effective vibration signal, the gearbox rigid-flexible coupling model is established and passed through the platform based on the analysis of the gear excitation and the flexible characteristics of each component. The frame test verifies the credibility of the model. Taking an actual working condition as an example, the vibration sensitive area of the box is analyzed, and the position of the measuring point is determined. The vibration test is carried out according to the test bench. The signal is processed by the refined spectrum analysis method and the envelope analysis method, which effectively extracts the modulation information of the vibration signal of the gearbox, improves the comprehensiveness and accuracy of the vibration signal acquisition. Research provides methods and ideas for the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of the gearbox of the tracked vehicle. |
