针对光学玻璃等硬脆性材料的非均匀去除问题,提出并研制了一种磁场辅助连续梯度功能复合结构研抛工具。以Preston方程为宏观理论基础,设计并建立了双层弹性体结构。为保证研抛工具沿径向方向杨氏模量连续变化,将不同体积比的羰基铁粉、碳化硅、硅橡胶混合,利用磁场产生径向放射状磁链作用于磁性颗粒,得到连续梯度层。通过光学显微镜和拉伸试验机,获得了不同体积比下复合材料的内部微观结构及其性能表征。仿真分析了双层弹性体与工件之间的接触应力,利用力传感器测试仪进行了实验验证。结果表明,通过优化体积比和磁场调节,磁场辅助连续梯度功能复合结构研抛工具能形成从内环到外环的连续弹性模量分布,接触应力更接近于理论曲线,PR标准差小于0.23。 |

Aiming at the problem of non-uniform material removal of hard and brittle materials such as optical glass, a continuous functionally graded and composite structured lapping and polishing tool based on magnetic field is proposed. Based on the Preston removal model, a double-layer elastomer structure is designed and established. In order to ensure the continuous change of Young’s modulus of the lapping and polishing tool in the radial direction, different volume ratios of carbonyl iron powder, silicon carbide and silicon rubber are mixed, then the magnetic field with a radially radial flux acting on the magnetic particles is used to get the continuous gradient layer. Moreover, by optical microscope and tensile testing machine, the internal microstructure and characteristics of the composites under different volume ratios are obtained. The contact stress between the tool and the workpiece is studied by simulation analysis, and then is tested and verified by a force sensor tester. The results show that through optimization of volume ratios and adjustment of magnetic field, the continuous functionally graded and composite structured lapping and polishing tool can form a continuous elastic modulus distribution from the inner ring to the outer ring. Also, the contact stress is closer to the theoretical curve, and the standard deviation of PR is less than 0.23. |
